There's an article published on the Arizona Daily Star about Chelsea's latest signing; he's not a player, nor would be Avram Grant's assistant manager, but he would be the Chief Scout of Chelsea FC -- his appointment was probably buried amongst the articles at ChelseaFC.com (with the appointment of Ten Cate and all) but his involvement in selecting the future of Chelsea will certainly not go unnoticed.
